Custom Orders
Denim & Pearl is happy to take on custom projects. Currently we are only accepting custom orders that feature bezel set cabochons and elk ivories. Customers may provide their own cabochons and/or ivories. While we strive to incorporate these with care, we are not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or flaws in customer-supplied materials.
D & P does not make jewelry with faceted stones, prong settings, or any metal other than sterling silver and copper. We do not offer any engraving services.
Please send us a DM or an email with your project ideas. We will do our best to get you a quote ASAP. The cost of our services are subject to change based on the specific requirements of each job. All custom orders will require a written agreement and a 50% deposit due at signing. Deposits can be made with cash, check, or Venmo. The completion time for custom orders varies depending on the nature and complexity of each job.
Shop Policies & Disclaimers
Sterling silver (0.925) is an alloy made of silver and other metals that can tarnish when exposed to the air, moisture, perfume, skincare, hair products, and sweat. This is not a defect and can be corrected at home with a Sunshine polishing cloth or Wright’s Silver Polish.
Turquoise jewelry should be treated with care. Do not expose turquoise jewelry to excess moisture - it is porous and can crack. Take care to protect turquoise jewelry from excess force - this can lead to chipping and cracking.
Agate is a harder stone than turquoise, but care should still be taken to prevent damage.
Denim & Pearl is not liable for loss or damage to items due to factors beyond our control, including inherent flaws in materials.
Jewelry is sold as is. Simple changes such as earring hooks and necklace chains can be made for an additional fee.
All sales are final.
